Country House and lodge, still in use, and the remains of a surrounding designed landscape. The original plain house and granary were built shortly after 1756 by Dingwall of Rannieston. Petite granite mansion at right angles, built circa 1850, for Peter Harvey, to which an excellent neo-Greek porch was added in 1921, its calm precision suggesting William Kelly. The greenhouse dates from 1913. Court of offices includes granary building with suspended floor. Photographic survey of the North Lodge steading was carried out in 2016 ahead of proposed conversion. Remains of a possible mound at circa NJ 92900 20949 were reported in 2017.
