Details Steading, depicted on the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps as a U-plan building open to the northwest. The original use was probably as a cattle building and/or milking parlour. Part of the Crimonmogate Estate, the building survives in relatively good condition but is no longer used for agricultural purposes. Standing building survey carried out by MAS in February 2009 prior to redevelopment of steading.
