House, still in use, built in the early 19th century. It is a two-storey, two-window, stuccoed building with granite margins and a one-bay link to Arbuthnot House (NK14NW0043). The OS 1st edition map shows a garden space to the rear and an octagonal structure (although its function is not known). Internally the building has been significantly altered to accommodate use as a Council Registry Office. Photographic recording was carried out in 2024 as part of the Peterhead Cultural project.
