Parsonage, dating from the mid to late 19th century built in the style of Burn and Bryce. Two-storey, gabled estate house, of narrow bands of rock-faced ashlar with stugged margins, a chamfered base course, a round-headed stair window and deeply chamfered arrises and stone mullions. Timber sash and case windows have 4-pane and plate glass glazing patterns. The grey slated roof has shouldered, ashlar stacks with battered coping and some cans, plain bargeboarding with deeply overhanging eaves and decorative timber finials. There are cast-iron downpipes with decorative rainwater hoppers. The corbelled window detail to the southeast elevation is also used at the Glamis Castle Garden House (NO34NE0123).
