Details Estate building, still in use, built in the early 20th century to the north-east of Glenmuick House (NO39SE0036). It is a single-storey, three-bay, rectangular-plan, cottage style estate building with Tudor half timbering with a decorative bracing design to the upper wall and rendered infill panels. The broad piended grey slate roof is carried over a polygonal verandah with rustic timber columns to east, north and west elevations. The roof has terracotta decorative ridge tiles and finials and a tooled, squared, coursed and corniced wallhead stack with a square clay can.
