Details Site of a dispersed accommodation site for the Second World War Tealing Airfield (NO43NW0051). The camp, visible on aerial photographs taken in 1947, consisted of wooden and Nissen huts, The new village of Inveraldie has been built on the site. Four Stanton Type air raid shelters were situated within the camp (NO43NW0119, NO43NW0120, NO43NW0121, NO43NW0122) depicted on a 1965 OS map . The accommodation site was also in use as a prisoner of war camp in the latter part of the war, but it is not clear which part served in this purpose.
