Bothies and kennels, probably built in the later-19th century, still in use. It is associated with Intermark Lodge (NO48SW0012) to the north-east. It is first shown on the 2nd edition OS map as a shallow H-plan with enclosures off the south elevation. Current maps depict it as being two bothies: West Bothy and East Bothy. It is a single-storey range with 6 kennels with large dog runs in front, and small gabled cottages adjoining each end at right angles, forming a shallow H-plan. They are constructed from roughly-dressed granite with granite ashlar dressings, and stugged sandstone ashlar boundary walls with cast-iron railings and gates to the dog runs. The roof has stone ridge tiles and purple slates, and there are coped stacks. The south elevation has a timber-boarded door to each kennel. East Bothy is a three-bay building with a central two-leaf timber-boarded door and two rooms inside. The West Bothy has two central doors with flanking windows and one main room and a boiler room, now used as a store.
