Offices and stables, still in use, built in circa 1848, associated with Invermark Lodge (NO48SW0012) to the west. They are shown on the 1st and 2nd edition OS map as three rectangular buildings forming a U-plan, open to the south, and are depicted as 'offices'. The three buildings are detached single-storey buildings containing stables and other offices, arranged in U-plan around a courtyard. The principal building (coach house and stables) is to the north of the range. It has three sliding coach house or garage doors with a small hayloft entrance above. There is a later 19th century addition to the north elevation, which has been used as a smithy, cattle shed, stick house and bothy. The eastern building is a cottage, formerly a Groom's House. The western building is a stable and harness room, and has the remains of a 20th century brick garage on the south gable. The buildings are constructed from roughly-squared, coursed granite, with long and short granite quoins. There is regular fenestration to courtyard elevations, and less regular fenestration to outer elevations.
