Details Cross-slab of class III type It is an upright cross-slab of old red sandstone measuring 1.7m x 0.56m x 0.12m, is almost rectangular but expands towards the top. It is sculptured in relief on two faces. The front has an interlaced cross with a hollow base, with two much defaced creatures at the top and two standing figures in robes holding a book, probably ecclesiastics.The back has a pair of enthroned ecclesiastics or saints at the top, David rending the lion's jaw with his harp, staff and a horned sheep below them. Below that is a horseman with round shield and a beast with eight legs, possibly representing two animals abreast of each other.
