Former farmhouse, still in residential use, built in the mid 19th century. It is a single-storey and attic, three-bay, L-plan building constructed from tooled coursed granite rubble, finely finished to the margins, with long and short dressings and canted dormers to attic floor. The grey slate roof has a stone ridge, coped stone skews with simple skewputts, tooled coped granite gablehead stacks with circular and octagonal cans and cast-iron rainwater goods. The symmetrical principal east elevation is corniced with consoles to the doorway at the centre of the ground floor, and has a panelled timber door with a two-pane fanlight and a window to each flanking bay. There is a two-light skylight to the centre of the attic floor, flanked to both sides by dormers. The asymmetrical north elevation is two-bay, with a gabled bay to the east with a window to the ground floor and a small skylight to the west bay of the attic floor. The west elevation is also asymmetrical, having a gabled bay advanced to the north with a lean-to conservatory and a window set in the gablehead. The gabled south elevation is near-symmetrical, with a single-storey addition advanced to the west of the ground floor.
