Details Cropmarks of an oval enclosure recorded by the RCAHMS in 1977. It has a maximum diameter of 55m and occupies a slight rise south of Ironshill Farm Cottages. Continued reconnaissance revealed additional cropmarks in this field. A linear cropmark, aligned southeast-northwest but turning to the southwest, cuts the enclosure. What may be a pair of linear cropmarks, stretching southwest-northeast, are situated to the southeast of the enclosure. There are also a number of cropmarks and pits in this area, the most distinctive being two marks to the southeast of the enclosure.
