Details Remains of a textile works, shown on the 1st edition of the OS map as a Flax Hemp and Spinning works. This works may pre-date Baltic Works (NO64SW0055) and may latterly have become part of it. This was probably the first fireproof mill in Arbroath. The buildings have been demolished, circa 1995. A few walls remain.
