Details North lodge and entrance gates to Kinnaird Castle (NO65NW0021), dated 1861 and shown on the OS 1st edition map. Single-storey and attic lodge, snecked rubble built, with a round angle tower and a spired slated roof. Designed by the architect David Bruce. Square ashlar gatepiers are surmounted by pedestals bearing coronets and flanked by a round turret on the east.
