Symmetrical front, single original 8 pane sash and case windows each side of original plank and latch door, central brick chimney to double piended slate roof. Single window to side elevation. Slate roof over brick with red sandstone door margins and quoins. Remnants of original harl over brickwork. Within the grounds of Balmanno House (NO66NE0290).
