Former watermill, now in use as a store, built in circa 1780. It is shown on the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps as a rectangular building, with its east gable end adjacent to a mill lade. It is a two-storey, rubble-built building with droved dressings. There is a stone slab roof and skewputts. There is ashlar to the east gable at the wheel, which was undershot. The wheel is now gone, but the axle remains. An internal wooden pit wheel using the same axle remains. It is 7 feet 4 inches (2.2 metres) in diameter, with 60 face teeth mounted on its 1 foot 3 inches (38 cm) square axle. The other internal features of the mill have been removed. It is one of four mills that originally utilised the mill lade. Another mill remains to the north (NO66SW0024), and there is a mill house to the south (NO66SW0023).
