Pair of single-storey, 3-bay traditional cottages, beginning a longer later terrace, built in the earlier 19th century. Rubble with ashlar dressings, droved to later window detailing, with harl pointing. Each cottage has a door to the centre of the southeast elevation with 2-pane fanlights, flanking windows and projections to the rear. Windows are timber 4-pane sash and case. The slated roof has coped gablehead skews and brick stacks.
