Details Remains of a former sawmill depicted on the historic OS maps, within the designed landscape (NO79NE0068) of Durris House (NO79NE0019). On the 1st edition map it is shown as a rectangular building with an outshot to the northeast. By the time of the 2nd edition map it has been enlarged to form an L-plan arrangements of three buildings, with a timber yard to the northeast. Only some building wall remains are shown on the current edition OS map.
