Former coach house, now in residential use, built before 1823 as part of the adjacent Mill Inn (NO88NE0236). It is a two-storey, three-bay, T-plan building with a further lower bay altered to a garage. The building is constructed from whitewashed rubble with droved margins and projecting cills and an eaves lintel course returning at the south gable. The replacement timber sash and case windows have trickle vents and a 16-pane glazing pattern. The roof has small grey slates, coped ashlar and render stacks with thackstanes and polygonal cans and ashlar-coped skews. The principal east elevation has a later, off-centre timber door with windows to the outer bays, and regular fenestration to the first floor. At the outer north is a slightly set-back, lower bay with a garage door. The blank, south gabled elevation adjoins the Mill Inn at the west. The rear west elevation has a low gabled projection at centre. Low coped walls enclose the boundary, with inset hoopwork railings and gate.
