Details Trial trenching evaluation carried out in September 2021 by Guard Archaeology at Ury House Estate (NO88NE0104) adjacent to East Lodge, prior to proposed development. Seven trenches each measuring 50 m long and 2 m wide were excavated, amounting to 7 percent of the available area. No significant archaeological finds, features or deposits were found.
