Details The wooden barquentine FELIX (formerly names as FELIX BRANDT, and EASTERN PRINCE), with a crew of 10 under Captain G. Andersen, carrying a cargo of coal from East Hartlepool to Malmo, was stranded on Throng Neck, near Downie Point, on the 20th October 1898. Three of the crew were lost.
