Details Two prehistoric urns, both broken, found in the cemetery, one in 1865 the other about 1855. The Sexton believed they were of ' early British' type according to the Ordnance Survey Name Book 1886. He also said that the urns contained a small amount of peat ashes and human bone. No further information is known.
