Site of a house, also known as Patrick Pirie's House. The Rollands were a successful merchant family, whose money was mostly made from trade with Danzig. It was probably of 16th century date and was extended in 1630. Eventually it was divided up to become a tenement, with commercial premises occupying the ground floor. The street frontage had two harled gables with a central pend. The undercroft was vaulted and the two upper floors included arches fireplaces. It was demolished in 1935.
