Offices, built in 1885, designed by A Marshall Mackenzie. In Renaissance style, it is 3-storey, with 4-window Union Street frontage and 7-window Union Terrace frontage. The ground floor has banded pulvination (resembling pillows), with Doric columns at the curved corner entry, and coupled Ionic columns at the first floor. Formerly the offices of the Northern Assurance Company.
