Details Medieval midden material recorded by Aberdeen City Council Archaeological Unit in 1990 during excavation of a service trench. Animal bones and medieval pottery were found in a midden layer c 2m deep on the east side of Loch Street near its junction with Berry Street. It is close to various excavations which produced rich waterlogged medieval deposits.
