Details Remains of quarries, now grass and tree grown. They are depicted as disused on the OS 1st edition map, and as a series of ponds within woodland on the 2nd edition. Several rock faces up to 6m in height are visible but most of the quarry has been infilled, probably in the first half of the 20th century when the surrounding housing estate was developed.
