Cottage, still in use, built in the mid 19th century. It is a single-storey and attic, three-bay rubble cottage with tooled rubble dressings and concrete coped end stacks to the slate roof. There is a centre entrance, a canted dormer in each outer bay and a centre gabled dormer. All the dormers are probably later additions. The garden is enclosed by coped rubble walls, and there is a water pump on the pavement in front (NJ56SE0097).
