Details Farmstead still in use. It is depicted on both the OS maps of 1867 and 1888, with a mill pond to the west and a cottage with attached garden enclosure to the SW. It is also said to be the site of manor. The area of the pond now lies beneath a main road as well as part of the cottage site, which is no longer standing. A Class I Pictish symbol stone is built into the garden wall (NJ72SW0013).
