Site Condition Incomplete
Details Farmstead, no longer in use, depicted on OS historic maps and set within a designed landscape (NJ92NE0052) to the southwest of Ythan Lodge (NJ92NE0082). It is depicted on the 1st and 2nd edition maps as a shallow U-plan steading with a horsemill attached to the south-west. Much expanded by 5th edition map of circa 1945, likely having replaced all of the earlier structures although some wall fragments may survive incorporated into the later buildings. Labelled as 'Ruins' on current OS maps. A photographic survey was carried out in 2021 prior to proposed redevelopment.
