Details Lodge and gates, still in use. The peirs are of late 18th century date while the gates were built in the early 19th century. The lodge was designed by A Marshall Mackenzie in the late 19th century. Good ball-capped gatepiers with strong cornices. Lodge single-storey, T-plan and harled with margins. Pedimented entrance bay, canted bay window on gable and central chimney.
