Details In 1994, a watching brief was carried out on the rear and west sides of the property (NK14NW0531) by SUAT. Three phases of garden soil with a combined thickness of 0.95m were recorded. Part of a former courtyard surface of river cobbles was noted at the Southern end of the site below a demolished out building. No dating evidence was recovered.
