Period Notes Old Mar Lodge built late 18thC; damaged in Muckle Spate 1829 and demolished in late 19thC. Rebuilt in timber on higher ground and this burned in fire of 1895; Victoria Bridge 1905 but handrail wurvives from predecessor 1848; gate lodge 19thC.
