Details Memorial set against the south wall of the church, commemorating lives lost during World War I. A flat stone, with pointed-arch head, into which is carved an arch of laurel wreath design springing from flat columns. It is set on a two-stepped base. The inscription covers the stone and the face of the upper step. It was sculpted by Arthur Taymor, of Aberdeen, and unveiled on 14 September 1919.
