Details Ring cairn, lying immediately to the east of a recumbent stone circle (NO79SE0002). There is no kerb to be seen and the edges are indefinite. The cairn material, of irregular rounded stones, is largely overgrown with heather and bracken. In the centre is exposed a roughly circular setting of upright split stones enclosing an area circa 2.74 m diameter. The stones are exposed for 0.38 - 0.61 m. There is a gap in the setting on the south side, but there is no sign of a passage leading to the cairn edge.
