Croft, no longer in use as such, depicted from the 2nd edition OS map and associated with the former school to the north (NJ60NE0084). Originally comprising a house and 3 other buildings with well to the west, today only the house (at the west side of the site) survives. It is timber boarded on the exterior. Standing building survey of the former house was carried out in March 2024 ahead of proposed demolition. The house appears little changed since first constructed. It is mainly of timber frame cladded with vertical timber boarding, with stonework around the chimneys at each gable and slate roof. It has two rooms on ground and upper floors with a small scullery on the ground floor behind the stairwell.
