Details Site of chapel, which formerly stood near the northwest corner of the churchyard (NJ72SE0211). Portions of foundations are sometimes located during grave digging. At the site is a slight platform, too amorphous for survey, which may represent the foundations of the old church, or may be associated with later graves. A tombstone dated 1616 was said to have been built into the wall of the old church. A stone mortsafe lies in the churchyard (NJ72SE0110). There was also an iron one which has been lost. The mortsafe lifting tackle is now in Inverurie museum.
