Remains of cairn. Size and situation suggest this is a cairn rather than a stone clearance heap. Sits on a false crest near edge of field system NJ04NW0010. A circular grassy-covered stony mound circa 11.5 m in diameter and 0.5 m high, which has been partly robbed. Visited by RCAHMS on 29 July 1991 when cairn measured 10 m from northwest to southeast by 8.5 m transversely and 0.5 m high, vegetation-free. Situated in a small clearing amidst dense forestry, the ploughing for which has impinged on the edge of the cairn.
