Details Single arch railway bridge, built by Patrick M Barnett in 1884-6, which passes over the Den Stairs, connecting North Deskford Street with the Seatown. It is constructed of rubble, with tooled rubble and brick dressings. It has a brick arch ring, and there is a granite coped low parapet, which is surmounted by cast-iron railings. Directly to the East is the North Castle Street railway viaduct (NJ56NW0043), and Seatown Viaduct (NJ56NW0020) is to the West, both are a part of the same line.
