Details House, still in use, probably built in its present form by John Smith in circa 1826, although it is built on the site of an earlier house and may incorporate some of its masonry. It is a two-storey, four-window, harled house with margins and coped granite chimneys. It is symmetrical to Number 8 (NJ61NE0106), and has a gatepier abutting the north gable (NJ61NE0111).
