Details House, still in use, probably built in its present form by John Smith in circa 1826. It is a two-storey, four-window, harled house with margins and coped granite chimneys. It is symmetrical to Number 7 (NJ61NE0107), and has a gatepier abutting the south gable (NJ61NE0111). See also NJ61NE0045 for an evaluation carried out in 1999 to the rear of the property.
