House, depicted on OS 1st and 2nd edition maps. The house was built in 1697, remodelled in 1711 and again in 1829 (possibly by John Smith). The east portion is of 2 storeys, rubble built with chamfered openings. The rear portion is 2-storey with a tea-caddy roof, 1711, with a bow window (possibly by Smith 1829) and the further addition of a minaret by Alexander Fraser in 1834. See also NJ90NW0839 for East gate and archway from College Bounds. A watching brief was carried out by Aberdeen City Council Archaeological Unit in June 1986 during groundworks for car parking.
