Details Well depicted on the OS 1st and 2nd edition maps. It stands in the corner of the property alongside the pavement and is a square ashlar structure with a shallow pyramidal roof. On the street side is a possible openings for the handle but no indication of an outlet for a spout. and spout, although the metalwork for this has been removed. A similar well (NO77SW0127) stands in the corner of the churchyard of St Laurence Episcopal Church. Both are very similar to Duthie's Well (NO88NE0309) at Stonehaven.
