The cairn material, of irregular rounded stones, is largely overgrown with heather and bracken. In the centre is exposed a roughly circular setting of upright split stones enclosing an area circa 2.74 m diameter. The stones are exposed for 0.38 - 0.61 m. There is a gap in the setting on the south side, but there is no sign of a passage leading to the cairn edge.
